A Few Simple Details

• Points are earned on paid, fulfilled auto-ship orders—not one-time purchases.

• Each qualifying order earns 100 points, regardless of the number of boxes.

• Redeem one $18 reward per delivery. Rewards apply to coffee only.

• A one-box order fully covered by a reward does not earn points. (For example: Choose two $18 boxes and apply your reward. One box is on us.)

• Skipped or canceled orders do not earn points. Points from refunded orders are reversed.
