When does the 5% reward begin?

Your standard 5% subscription reward begins with your first eligible monthly auto-ship order.

What counts as an active referral?

An active referral is someone who subscribes through your personal referral link and completes a paid, fulfilled monthly subscription delivery.

Cancelled, refunded or returned orders do not qualify.

When is the additional 1% applied?

After your referred subscriber completes a qualifying delivery, the additional 1% will apply to your next eligible subscription order.

What happens if a referred subscriber skips a delivery?

Their additional 1% pauses for that billing cycle. It becomes active again when their regular subscription deliveries resume.

How much can I save?

Your reward can grow from the standard 5% subscription discount to a maximum of 10% off your coffee subtotal.

Does the reward apply to shipping?

Circle Rewards applies to the coffee subtotal. The flat $4.95 shipping charge and applicable taxes are not discounted.
