This blend brings together coffees from three established growing regions:
Cerrado, Brazil (900–1,400m)
Pulped natural Catuaí, Catucaí, and Mundo Novo create rich body, chocolate depth, and natural sweetness.
Chiapas, Mexico (1,300–1,750m)
Washed Bourbon and Typica provide balance, clean structure, and smooth consistency.
Antigua & Huehuetenango, Guatemala (1,500–2,000m)
Bourbon, Typica, and Caturra add complexity, sweetness, and character that hold up through darker roasting.
The combination of varied elevations and processing methods produces a dark roast with strong body while preserving the distinct qualities of each origin.
