Minas Gerais & Cerrado, Brazil (900–1,400m)
Pulped natural Catuaí, Catucaí, and Mundo Novo create full body, chocolate richness, and natural sweetness.

Chiapas, Mexico (1,300–1,750m)
Washed Bourbon and Typica add clean structure, gentle brightness, and balanced sweetness.
